How to Use Etisalat Chatpack to browse on Android and System The etisalat chatpack is almost free but it is slow when browsing. The package is meant for chat on facebook, whatsapp, bbm, wechat and messenger. However, you can use simple server or Psiphon Handler to open it up and browse with it either on phone or system. To get it going, recharge or transfer N50. to your etisalat sim. Dial * 200*3*3*1*1#  to subscribe. You will get the welcome message to etisalat chatpack.
